Napier’s Bones is an ingenious math material that can multiply and divide very large numbers quickly and accurately. It is, in essence, a calculator. The set includes a series of ten wooden columns, 0 - 9. Below any given number, there are nine squares, each representing the multiples of that number. The tens and units of each multiple, each square are separated by a diagonal line. The strips will represent our multiplicand and the multiplier is along the left-hand side of the frame itself.
Our new set of Napier's Bones Task Cards are designed to provide a rich experience to your learners. Each card contains a control for errors on the back. The set consists of 76 cards divided into four sections with the following focuses:
Section 1 - Multiplication with One-digit Multiplier
Section 2 - Multiplication with Two-digit Multiplier
Section 3 - Division with One-digit Divisor
Section 4 - Division with Two-digit Divisor

Where are Alison's Montessori materials manufactured?
Our Premium Line materials are carefully crafted in our own factory in Sri Lanka, where each item is made with the utmost care and attention to detail to ensure exceptional quality and durability.
Does Alison's Montessori accept Purchase Orders (POs) from schools?
Yes, we accept Purchase Orders from public schools and charter schools. The PO must be on a school or organization letterhead, signed by the Director or an authorized representative. You can place the order online and select the PO payment method, then fax us the signed PO.
What should I do if my materials arrive damaged?
Please call or email us immediately if your materials arrive damaged. Our customer service representatives will work to resolve the issue promptly. We ask that you retain the original shipping carton and packing materials.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. For deliveries outside of North America, we typically use DHL, USPS, or any other carrier. Please contact our customer support line for assistance with international orders, especially those over a certain dollar amount, which may require payment via wire transfer.
