Timeline of American History: Mute Chart
This Blank Timeline of American History is the perfect companion to our comprehensive control chart. Designed to encourage hands-on learning and active student engagement, this mute chart allows children to recreate historical events using decals or cut-outs (sold separately). It serves as a versatile tool for reinforcing knowledge of key moments in American history through student-led discovery and interaction.
The chart includes clearly marked years ranging from 1492 to the present, along with category labels to help children organize events by theme:
Culture/Society
Discoveries and Founders in Science
Government
Presidents
Territories
States
This timeline is printed on durable synthetic paper that resists tearing and does not curl when rolled for storage. With no images or events printed, it provides a clean slate for students to build their own historical narratives using the visual elements from the control chart.
(Decals and research cards are sold separately and are not included with the mute chart.)
